- Web Right Designs will correct any errors caused directly by Web Right Designs at our expense. This does not include changes to the brief, copy, or style changes not already mentioned at the commencement of work.
- Significant changes to the site described here may result in changes to the total fee; every effort will be made to stay in good communication as the project progresses and to stay within the client's budget.
- Fixed fees do not include changes to the design, copy, or graphics after the design brief has been agreed.
- Payment for all work undertaken shall be made in two instalments. The first 50% of estimated total should be paid upon signing this Agreement, and the finalisation of the design brief. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on completion of the site in advance of site going 'live'.
- Upon payment for completed work, all work as specified in the invoice and its content shall be the property of the client.
